Most first-time clients simply select the luxury SUV option on our booking form, and leave the logistics to us. By the second or third trip, however, our regular riders start noticing the subtle differences. They begin asking more specific questions. They want to know which model handles the mountain terrain best. They ask which cabin easily holds four adults, heavy luggages, and winter ski gear.

We welcome those questions. Our fleet includes four distinct full-size SUV models, and each has unique advantages. The right choice depends entirely on your specific destination, passenger count, and baggage requirements. All while your driver ensures the vehicle is configured perfectly for your group before picking you up. 

In this article, we’ll walk you through our vehicle options and the things you need to consider when choosing the best one for your needs.

The four standard SUVs

Our full-size fleet consists of four specific SUV models. These vehicles handle the majority of our daily itineraries and casual town runs.

• The Cadillac Escalade offers our most refined ride. The cabin is quiet, spacious, and lined with premium seating. It feels less like a traditional vehicle and more like a private lounge. This model comfortably seats up to six adults. It easily holds four large bags in the rear cargo area.
• The GMC Yukon Denali provides an equally luxurious experience with an emphasis on rugged capability. This vehicle has a strong reputation for navigating unpredictable Colorado weather with absolute ease. The interior design is practical yet sophisticated. Like the Escalade, it comfortably accommodates six passengers and four large pieces of luggage.
• For trips requiring extra storage, we deploy the GMC Yukon Denali XL. This extended model maintains the same passenger capacity but expands the rear cargo space. It’s perfect for a family of four traveling with skis, heavy winter gear, and strollers. It also perfectly suits six adults heading out on an extended mountain vacation.
• The Ford Expedition is our most versatile full-size option. It features a quiet cabin. The squared rear design maximizes space for uniquely shaped equipment and golf clubs. This is also the option we utilize to seat up to seven passengers comfortably. Your driver ensures the cabin is perfectly prepared for a flight-monitored airport arrival or a scenic mountain transfer.

The trip-by-trip pick

• Solo executive arrival from DIA – Cadillac Escalade. The cabin is quiet enough for calls. The rear seat is the most comfortable place to sit between a long flight and a meeting. The luggage area handles a suitcase and a briefcase.
• Couple arriving from DIA – Yukon Denali. Same comfort profile as the Escalade with a slightly more accessible cabin layout for two passengers traveling together.
• Family of four with bags, summer trip – Yukon Denali XL. Bags fit. Kids fit. Stroller fits. Comfort matches the Escalade without the cargo compromise.
• Family of four with skis, winter trip – Yukon Denali XL. Same logic as above with the additional factor that the XL handles up to four pairs of skis with bags. Anything less and you’re riding with skis between the seats.
• Five or six adults from DIA to a downtown hotel – Cadillac Escalade or Yukon Denali. Both work. The Escalade tends to feel more like an evening arrival. The Yukon Denali tends to feel more like a working trip.
• Five or six adults from DIA to a mountain destination – Yukon Denali XL. The XL is the only choice that handles five adults with bags and skis without compromise. We won’t send a regular Denali for this booking.
• A bridal party of four to a downtown wedding – Cadillac Escalade. Dress hanging room, climate control, and the quiet cabin a bride wants on her wedding morning.
• An hourly gala booking – Cadillac Escalade. Same logic as the bridal party. This is the marquee vehicle for marquee evenings.
• An hourly date night – Cadillac Escalade or Yukon Denali. Either works. We default to whichever has the cleanest cabin off the daily rotation.
• A roadshow day for an executive. Cadillac Escalade for solo or two-person roadshows. Yukon Denali for working roadshow days with a colleague. The Expedition for roadshow days with three travelers in the same group.
• A family of six or seven from DIA – Ford Expedition. The third row is the deciding factor. Other vehicles in the metro could move six passengers. Only the Expedition does it with the comfort and cargo our clients expect.
• A grocery-stop mountain run with a family – Yukon Denali XL or Ford Expedition. The XL is the default. The Expedition is the alternative if the cooler is large.
• A storm-day mountain run – Yukon Denali XL. The XL has the most predictable mountain performance in the fleet. We’ve done passes in conditions we wouldn’t put any other vehicle in.

When the booking exceeds the fleet

Some trips don’t fit in any SUV, including a wedding party of fifteen, a board offsite for thirty, or a school group of twenty-five. For those, we offer larger options.

• The Mercedes Sprinter at $375 one-way or $150 per hour seats up to fifteen with a conference-style cabin. We use the Sprinter for bridal parties, executive offsites, and family reunions traveling as a group.
• The Grech Motors GM40 at $875 one-way or $225 per hour seats up to thirty-eight with luxury coach seating. We use the GM40 for wedding guest movements, sponsor-table galas, and corporate group transfers.

Both vehicles work in the mountain corridor. Both are sometimes the right answer when SUVs just aren’t enough.

What the booking form actually asks

The booking form is straightforward on purpose. It requests your addresses, times, passenger numbers, and luggage counts. 

Our team reviews your passenger count, baggage volume, and final destination. We match your trip to the ideal vehicle automatically, so you don’t need to guess which SUV fits best. We handle the logistical details on our end.

You can still request a specific model if you have a preference. Notes like “Please send the Escalade” go directly to our dispatch team. Once you ride with us twice, we save those preferences to your profile. Your driver arrives in your preferred vehicle whenever it’s available. 

The third row question

The third row is the question that comes up most often. Two situations decide it.

• The first is the passenger count. If your trip has six passengers, two will sit in the third row of whatever vehicle we send. If the trip has seven passengers, you need the third row of the Expedition or you need a Sprinter. 
• The second is the bag count. A six-passenger booking with full luggage cannot fit bags in the cargo area if all six are seated. The bags go into either the third row of the Expedition, which folds, or the rear of a Sprinter. We make the call based on which mix of seats and cargo works for your specific trip.

Cabin Comfort and Seating Preferences

Every SUV in our full-size fleet features premium leather upholstery, independent rear climate controls, and heated seats. For travel during the summer months, our Cadillac Escalade and GMC Yukon Denali XL models also include ventilated cooling seats.

The interior layouts vary slightly to accommodate different passenger needs:

• The Cadillac Escalade features second-row captain’s chairs with a dedicated center console between them.
• The Ford Expedition utilizes folding bench rows, which allows our team to quickly adjust the cabin space for awkward or oversized luggage.

We save your exact seating preferences directly to your profile after your first few rides. Whether you prefer the second row behind the driver, or want to avoid third-row seating entirely, we record those details. We don’t ask you twice. Your driver ensures the entire cabin is configured to your exact specifications before you arrive.

A note on what’s in the cabin

Our cabin standards remain completely consistent across our entire fleet. We believe true luxury is found in the details you expect, rather than a list of add-on fees.

When you step inside, you’ll find fresh bottled water in the door pockets, fully replenished between every booking. Every seat features dedicated phone charging access. Your driver pre-conditions the climate control to perfectly match the outdoor weather, and the radio remains turned off by default so you can relax or take a call in quiet comfort.

We also stock a small kit in the rear compartment for unexpected needs. This includes warm blankets, headphones for children, and a spare jacket for cold-weather arrivals when someone inadvertently leaves a layer behind.

None of these items are separate line items on your bill. They’re simply how the cabin is supposed to feel the moment you settle into your seat.

FAQ

Will I know which vehicle is coming? 

Yes. The confirmation message includes the vehicle make and model. If we change vehicles before the pickup, you get the updated message.

Can I request a specific vehicle? 

Yes. The special requests on the booking form reads through to the dispatcher. Preferences hold on your account after the second booking.

What if I have more luggage than the vehicle holds? 

We move up to a Sprinter for the booking. The cost difference is a fraction of the cost of a second SUV, and your group can stay together.

Is the Expedition the same price as the Escalade? 

The DIA flat rate and the mountain flat rates are the same regardless of vehicle. Hourly rate is the same, as well. We don’t change pricing by SUV.

Do you have a sedan option? 

Not in the standard fleet. We are an SUV-only operation by design. Sedans don’t fit Colorado terrain or the family load our clients consistently bring.

Will your driver know my preferences? 

Yes. After the second booking, your driver pulls a profile that includes vehicle preference, seat preference, water preference, and cabin temperature default. By the third ride, you’ll feel the difference.

Do you offer the Yukon Denali XL on every mountain run? 

We default to the XL for mountain runs with families or clients with significant gear. For solo or couple mountain trips with light luggage, the Escalade or the Denali are standard.

Will the same vehicle show up every time on a corporate account?

We hold preferred-vehicle requests on every corporate account. When the requested vehicle is in service for another booking, we default to the next-closest match from your saved preferences and tell you what you’re getting before the trip.
